Yes! Click on the 'Is this a Gift' box on the product page (gift boxes and create your own products) and complete your note. Your message will show in the notes section at checkout for review.

If you have missed adding your message and payment has been made, please email us at pinkllamagifts@gmail.com and we will add to your order.

Yes! You may add extra items to be included in the gift box. Once you have added the gift box to your cart (don't forget to add a gift message if required), continue shopping, add extra items to your cart, then checkout.

If any of the extra items are not to be included in the gift box please advise in the message box.

Please email us at pinkllamagifts@gmail.com. If your order has not been shipped we will alter the address as requested. If your order has already been lodged with Australia Post, you may be able to re-direct your parcel using the Australia Post Tracking App.

We understand that on many occasions your order will be sent as a gift. Therefore, we do not include an invoice with orders. If you would like a copy of your invoice, please email us at pinkllamagifts@gmail.com and we will be happy to email it to you.

We deliver Australia wide and New Zealand

Yes we do! We ask that you provide us with as much delivery detail as possible including ward and bed number.

Parcels are sent using Australia Post. We offer standard (by road) or express (by air) options at checkout.

Due to the carrier we use to send our orders we can not guarantee delivery on a specific date or time.
